This Flex cable makes it possible to power three pedals using one outlet of the power supply. You need to make sure that the three pedals can all be powered by the same voltage and that they all use the most common 5.5/2.1mm centre negative DC-plug (BOSS standard). The good thing about this daisy chain cable is that you have more length in between the DC-plugs (30cm) which gives more design freedom when placing the effects on your pedal board. The first plug on the cable is 50cm from the power supply.
Note: the daisy chain Flex cable has all three DC-plugs connected in parallel to the RCA plug which goes into the power supply?s outlet. To be on the safe side we recommend using the daisy chain Flex with analogue pedals only. This is to avoid a digital pedal introducing noise into your guitar signal when being powered in a parallel connection with a simple analogue pedal.

Examples of usage:

Powering three standard 9V pedals using one 9V outlet
Say you have more pedals than the number of isolated sections available from the power supply you have. In this case the best you can do is to get another power supply with more isolated outlets. The next best thing to do is powering two or three pedals of one outlet. If you have three low current analogue pedals, typically boosters, overdrives or compressors, you can power all three of them using only one outlet and CIOKS daisy chain. Make sure they all accept the 5.5/2.1mm centre negative DC-plug (BOSS standard) and that they all can be powered of the same voltage being 9V. If all three pedals accept a higher supply voltage say 12V you can also power all three of them using the daisy chain and an outlet with 12V available to get a better performance in terms signal/noise ratio. In both cases 9V and 12V you?ll need to ensure that the sum of the three pedal?s current draw figures (mA) is below the max. current rating of the outlet you?re using to power them.
