Technical Specifications & Quality Assurance
Unlike a lot of these USBs being distributed we use only high quality flash chips from reputable brands that are tested for capacity and read/write speeds here in Australia before engraving. 

4GB drives are USB2.0 Samsung Chips (~10-15mb/s write and 15-20mb/s read speed).

16GB, 32GB & 64GB  drives are USB3.0 SanDisk/Intel Chips (~15-25mb/s write and 70-90mb/s read speed)

If you need higher write speeds we can source chips which have 40-80mb/s write speeds (16 GB only). We can also offer 64-256 GB capacities. Please contact us for a quote.

We stand behind our products and offer offer a 1 year warranty on all of our flash drives.

How to Order 
1. Attach a high resolution image of what you’d like engraved OR
2. Our designer will create something based on your description (please let us know if you require a proof before we run the order )

For best results have a minimum text height of 2mm or 6pt. Designs will come out clearer on maple wood as there is more contrast. We typically leave at least 3mm around the edge.

Note these are natural wood so colour and engraving may differ between products.
