HOW TO ORDER MONOGRAM OR PERSONALIZATION:
Select your front from the provided list. Please write the name or initials in the order you want them to appear. If you are choosing initials and you want the middle letter to be larger, please specify, otherwise by default all three letters will be embroidered the same size. If you want a name/word to be in ALL CAPS or all lowercase, please specify, otherwise by default it will be embroidered as first letter capital and the rest lowercase. If you are selecting from the fonts provided add what type of of style/border you want. if no style/border is provided, it will be embroidered just using the font. For thread colors (look in picture section for full list) please give us the thread name and number code. Before the monogram is completed, we will email you a sales order to confirm. Once the sales order is confirmed there will be no changes to the order and no returns or refunds on any monogrammed orders.
